HEALTH GUARANTEE:

Real De San Carlos, guarantees our green dogs to be free of any medical problems that would impair the working ability of your new dog. Our veterinarian gives each of our dogs complete physical including hip and elbow x-rays before they are sold to our clients . If our green dogs develops any genetic medical problems during the first 12 months of ownership and it's determined that the problem is genetic, the dog will be replaced . Unless otherwise stated, no replacement dog will be shipped without returning the original dog. We reserve the right to have our veterinarians review all medical records from your veterinarian before any replacement dog will be issued. There will be no replacement of any dog without first returning the original dog.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE:

We offer the following guarantee as well. Unless other wise stated, our green dogs come with a 3 days working testing period. If this dog does not have the drives that you requested and it is not due to handler or trainer error, you can call and send the dog back, so we can provide you with a replacement green dog. Our full satisfaction is our primary concern. Real De San Carlos reserves the right to re-evaluate these dogs before any replacement dogs are shipped. No replacement dogs will be shipped without first returning the original dog. Since all trainers are not created equal in their abilities we can not guarantee your training methods. We can only guarantee the abilities and drives of our dogs.
