Selection Testing of Working Dogs/Puppies:

This service is provided to people who have bought a working dog or are thinking of buying a dog to work in Personal Protection, Protection Sports, and all phases of K9 work.  

Let us test the dog for you so that you are sure of what you are getting.  Many times dogs are worked in the same place with the same people.  This makes the dog comfortable and the decoy learns how to make the dog look good for the buyer.  Dogs also learn to follow a routine and of course because of repetition, they look great. 

Our test are done in a neutral place with a new decoy so that we can see the dog's true character.  While basic things like bite quality and sociability are important, testing the dogs ability to cope and work in a new and every changing environment, ability to work in dark places, confined spaces, unsure or new footing, loud noises, touch sensitivity, etc. are important considerations you should take into account when purchasing a working dog.
